RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

Since 1999 I collaborated with the University of Verona, Department of Neurological and Visual Sciences, Section of Neurology Rehabilitation, for a research project about the “changes that occur in the central nervous system during motor recovery”. I then published several scientific papers in international journals, actively participating as a speaker at various scientific meetings of international and world level. Attending the outpatient clinic of neurophysiology and motion analysis of G. Rossi Polyclinic in Verona directed by doctor Paolo Manganotti (specialist in neurology), I have acquired specific knowledge and experience in the investigation of neurological disorders using the latest technologies (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, EEG, EMG surface electromyography; dynamic EMG; electrogoniometers, stabilometric platforms and strength platforms).

Later, I moved my area of interest from that of neurological rehabilitation at the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
